Fatih Municipality Directorate of Transportation Services has been reinforced with the new vehicles.

Fatih Mayor Mustafa Demir visited the vehicle park in Yenikapı where the municipality's Additional Service Building is also located in order to see the reinforced vehicle fleet of the Transportation Services Directorate in place. Obtaining information from the Vice Presidents here, Demir examined the new vehicles. Taking a close look at the bucket vehicle which is the latest addition to the fleet, commissioned for serving the district, Mayor Demir made a very brief test drive in an area closed to traffic. Mayor Mustafa Demir said: "The service vehicles of our municipality are working intensely across the district in order to offer swift service to the citizens and are wearing out too soon as well. The vehicle park needs to be renewed in certain periods both for the personnel's life safety and for the services to continue without interruption. We are doing our best to renew the vehicles after using them in the most effective way." Mayor Mustafa Demir had his photos taken with the Transportation Services Directorate personnel in front of the new vehicles.

Two municipal police tow trucks for removing the vehicles that prevent traffic flow across the district, two Telescopic-Boom bucket vehicles for trimming the trees, repairing the street lamps, etc., seven flatbed dump trucks for carrying rubble, asphalt, excavation and construction materials and a Forklift for storing, piling, load lifting, landing and sorting operations have been commissioned into the service fleet of Fatih Municipality Directorate of Transportation Services.
