Bilal Erdoğan, son of our President, who participated in democracy watch along with Mayor of Fatih Mustafa Demir in front of the Istanbul Police Department located in Vatan Street gave the message of unity and congratulate all citizens who participated in the resistance against the coup.

Giving speech to citizens who were keeping the 'national will watch', Bilal Erdoğan son of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan made important statements. Giving speech to citizens who were keeping the 'national will watch' in front of Istanbul Police Department in Vatan Street after the coup attempt that took place on Friday July 15, Bilal Erdoğan who came to the area with the Mayor of Fatih Mustafa Demir stated that citizens were aroused with Çanakkale spirit on July 15 night and said “On July 15 night, people woke up with Çanakkale spirit. God bless all of you. These people said stop in front of the tanks in Çengelköy, Bosphorus Bridge and Vatan Street. Just like our chief commander said stop in Davos. We say stop it. We say, from now on, you cannot trifle with our independence, cannot interfere with the sovereignty of this nation on these lands, you cannot create obstacles. Now, your democracy and human rights lies have been disappeared within this nation's faith-filled chest. The whole world has seen through this nation that you are insincere. You are talking about human rights but you are shutting your eyes to the death of people. You are talking about democracy but you are shutting your eyes to the overthrow of the powers that came by the votes of the majority of people. So wait, this street is a dead-end street. You used to say this, May God Bless You.”

Emphasizing that they have to support Imam Hatip high schools for the nonproliferation of the cancer cells, Bilal Erdoğan said, “They will not be able give an account when they go to the afterlife. They will be sentenced in the deepest. Because they have served servants slavishly. They have exploited the people's faith. The lesson that we will take from here is that we will never serve someone slavishly. We will learn our religion from the right sources. Because of this we have talked about Imam Hatip Schools, we have struggled to make them spread. We have to support Imam Hatip schools for the nonproliferation of these kinds of cancer cells. These people have showed what they can do for their independence. This means that tomorrow will be much brighter than today, and our future will be much brighter than these days.”

Mayor of Fatih Mustafa Demir stated that the democratic watch which has been going on for days will continue until a further order will be made by our president and they will not leave the streets, and said 'When it comes to homeland, the rest is the details'.
