Person’s way of thinking has an important impact on how that person behaviorally and emotionally feels about himself/herself.  Our way of thinking is a window opening to life; it shapes our position in the face of events. It is seen that people using positive way of thinking cope with stressful situations such as anger, temper, disappointment and desperation, and experience less psychological problems. In that case, this is the question to ask: How can I get rid of these thoughts that poison me?
