The way a person thinks has an important influence on his/her behavior and how he/she emotionally feels about himself/herself. Our thoughts are windows opening to life, and determine our position in relation to the events. It is seen that those, who have positive way of thought in their daily lives, much easier cope with the stressful conditions that inspire feelings such as anger, rage, disappointment, desperation, and less often experience psychological issues. So, the question to be asked: How can I get rid of the thoughts poisoning me?
